Alot of us have struggled with weight since we can remember, others are lucky enough to have a fast metabolism and eat whatever and whenever they want and yet not gain a single pound. Well thats just what the facts are everyone is different in their own way. Some people dont work out or exercise and maintain their weight, others work-out, exercise just to control our weight. Well they key fact in loosing weight and keeping it off is healthy eating habbits. Portion control is important when trying to loose weight. Eating more vegetables, fruits, greens on a daily basis is the key for weight loss, and lets not forget drinking plenty of water through out the day is essential.
