Time to get in shape.

Its never too late to start working out. It takes hard work and dedication to loose wait. Its always the first two weeks that are the most difficult, but once you get passed that and start feeling good about your workouts, you start to watch what you eat and when you eat. It all becomes a lifestyle, next thing you know your loosing weight and feeling better about yourself.

BEST EXERCISE FOR WEIGHT LOSS

When it comes to loosing weight which would give you the best result. Well I've done it all from working out in gyms on treadmills, gliders and step masters to jogging outdoors and I have to say jogging outdoors for me has made the biggest difference. It does come with hard work, dedication and focus to over come fatigue and pain while jogging. You'd be surprise how your mind works to keep you going. Its 90percent mental and yes only 10percent physical trust me. Your body when tired telling your mind to stop and rest is nothing once you've learned to control it and keep going. I've honestly surprised myself at times while jogging outdoors just going and going and reaching my goal of 4 miles, something I never did indoors on a treadmill. Way too many distractions in the gym from televisions to waiting for machines to work out. For me outdoors is the way for immediate results in weight loss and getting in shape.
