If you’re serious about loosing weight and want to start now, then this information should be very helpful in achieving your weight loss goals. I’ve had my share of weight loss contest through out the years and have become very successful in reaching my goals. It hasn’t been easy but with hard work, dedication and focus it can be done. I will reveal my exercise routines, eating habits and more so lets get started.
My starting weight was 250 pounds and it was imperative that I take this program 1 day at a time. I’ve made the mistake in the past thinking of finishing my program before I would even start it and that just made it more difficult, so clear your mind and take it one day at a time. Also it is essential to remove these items from your diet, sodas, bread, fried food, tortillas, pasta, candy (or any sweets) and beer.
First thing I do when I wake up in the morning is drink a full glass of water, I will continue to drink water throughout the day and I set daily goals of 2 liters. For breakfast I have fruit (ok to have oatmeal and low fat milk). For lunch I will have chicken or tuna salads, or boiled chicken with vegetables. For a early afternoon snack I would have a hand full of walnuts or almonds. Once work is over I would go straight to the park and then begin my cardio which was jogging for 45 minutes (Remember to stretch before exercising). I would go jogging to Mile Square Park, which was a total of 4 miles. I focused on running 1 to 1 ½ miles without stopping, then I would walk for ½ to ¾ of a mile before I would continue running the rest of the way. The 1st week of jogging or any cardio session was the hardest because you’re extremely soar after each run and your body isn’t used to running 4 or 5 times a week. Once you make it through week 1, you will notice that you don’t get as soar, your stamina gets better and end up running farther which leads to more and more calories burning per workout. It took me nearly 2 weeks before I could run the whole park (4 miles) and every single time I got within ½ mile from my finish line, I would sprint to the finish. It was very tiring for about 2-3 minutes trying to catch my breath after each run, but once I cooled down it honestly felt great. You need to have the desire and will power to keep running even when your body is telling you to stop. You’d be surprise what your mind can do from running a few more seconds to running 1 to 2 more miles as it was in my case. You have to just push yourself and that’s when you start to notice the pounds just coming off. After each cardio session I would go home and finish of the night with some fruit and a full glass of water. I continued this routine for 4 weeks and by the time it was all set and done I had lost 36 pounds.
It wasn’t easy to change my lifestyle from one day to the next, but it was well-worth it once I saw the results. I hope this information is helpful for some of you and I would like to hear your stories or comments. Thanks.

BEST EXERCISE FOR WEIGHT LOSS
When it comes to loosing weight which would give you the best result. Well I've done it all from working out in gyms on treadmills, gliders and step masters to jogging outdoors and I have to say jogging outdoors for me has made the biggest difference. It does come with hard work, dedication and focus to over come fatigue and pain while jogging. You'd be surprise how your mind works to keep you going. Its 90percent mental and yes only 10percent physical trust me. Your body when tired telling your mind to stop and rest is nothing once you've learned to control it and keep going. I've honestly surprised myself at times while jogging outdoors just going and going and reaching my goal of 4 miles, something I never did indoors on a treadmill. Way too many distractions in the gym from televisions to waiting for machines to work out. For me outdoors is the way for immediate results in weight loss and getting in shape.

Always on a diet before vacations or summer
Have you ever noticed people tend to start a weight loosing contest before a vacation or right before summer? Well I have and I'm one of those people trying to always loose weight and trust me it isn't easy. I'm always up for a challenge of loosing weight with co-workers and friends and 9 time of out 10 I end up winning. Its all about staying focus and dedicating yourself for 6-8weeks depending on how long the contest go for. But to be honest loosing weight for me is hard but its even harder to keep the weight off. Its like sports every year theres a champion and if that team fails to get back to the top following year they consider that just a fluke, a one hit wonder. So its important to exercise often and make it a lifestyle, not just for weight loosing contest. It needs to be part of your life, like a hobbie.
